OuttaBounds is a brand variation of Outta Bounds (ABN: 69 660 477 332)

We’re all about great times and good vibes at OuttaBounds, but there are a few important rules that help keep things fair and safe for everyone. Please take a moment to read through our Terms and Conditions before visiting or participating in our activities.

Golf Range Online Booking Policy

1. To book online please click through from our website on the book now buttons, which will then re direct to use www.yourgolfbooking.com

2. Customers can pre book bays and times online up to 60 days in advance.

3. Customers can book up to but no more than 2 bays and 2 times in one day.

4. Cancellations of bookings must be made online via the central booking system or at golf reception at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in the loss of any booking fees paid.

5. Cancellations of bookings before 24 hours, a full credit will be applied to the account to be used for a future booking, no refunds will apply.

6. A limited number of “Express Bays” will be available to book on the day at the golf reception.

7. The management reserves the right to revoke any booking or refuse entry.

Loyalty Program

1. The proprietor is known as OuttaBounds.

2. Any disputes or complaints must be put in writing for the attention of the General Manager.

3. Loyalty cards are based on yearly subscription from the date of purchase.

Termination of the Outta Bounds Loyalty Program Scheme

1. Any registered loyalty program customer who misuses any facility at OuttaBounds, or interferes with the enjoyment of other, will have all privileges terminated immediately.

2. In the event of termination by OuttaBounds management, the loyalty program holder will lose all and any credit balance, no refunds.

Rules and Conditions for OuttaBounds

1. Any specific dress code and conduct introduced by the venue must be followed. Enclosed shoes must be worn at all times.

2. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

3. Extra care must be taken when swinging golf clubs to safeguard injury or damage, specifically:

• Practice swing within the bay on the golf mat only * One person within a bay at any one time

• Be mindful of structural posts, bay dividers, TV’s and inrange screens within the bay.

4. Removing golf balls or golf ball baskets from the site is strictly forbidden, anyone caught will be prosecuted and any credit removed/lost.

5. All golf clubs hired must be returned to the golf reception, management reserve the right to charge for any golf clubs lost or damaged.

6. Customer will be responsible and liable for any reckless damages caused to the premises.

7. The management reserves the right to govern the use of all golf facilities as deemed necessary.

External food & drinks

1. External food and beverages are not permitted at OuttaBounds. Guests are welcome to purchase food and drinks from our in-house menu.

2. Approved celebration cakes are permitted with prior approval and a cake service fee.

Unsupervised Juveniles

1. Unsupervised Juveniles (over the age of 13 and under the age of 18), are permitted on the venue up until 5:30pm. After 5:30pm they must be in the presence of a legal guardian, responsible adult or parent.

Liability

1. OuttaBounds cannot accept any liability for accidents or injury, due to neglect.

2. OuttaBounds cannot accept any responsibility for the loss of or damage to property belonging to any OuttaBounds customers, including all car park areas.

Notice: Photography + Filming

By entering OuttaBounds, you acknowledge and agree that photography and/or video recording may take place within the venue. These images and recordings may be used by OuttaBounds for marketing, promotional, or publicity purposes across print and digital platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, and advertising materials.

By entering the premises, you provide your implied consent to such use without compensation or further notice.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of our team at reception upon arrival, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Functions – Terms and Conditions

Tentative Bookings

Bookings will be considered tentative only when a tentative contract has been emailed to the client. Tentative bookings can be held without obligation for a period of 3 days. Management reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed booking without notice and reallocate the date to other enquiries unless a deposit and signed terms and conditions is received.

Confirmation

Confirmation of a booking occurs on receipt of deposit payment and a completed booking form with signed terms and conditions.

Payment of your deposit is acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Cancellation and Change of Dates

In the event of a cancellation, Management must be notified in writing, verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation 3 months to 20 days prior to the event will incur 50% of estimated total amount of the function. Cancellation within 20 days of the event will incur 100% estimated total amount of the function. Change of dates is deemed as cancellation. The venue may refuse and cancel a function booking at any time in the function booking process if the venue believes the event may include illegal acts or activities which may jeopardise the venue’s operating licenses.

Cleaning

General cleaning is included in the cost of the function. The Organiser may incur additional charges in the instance where an event has created cleaning requirements that are considered, in the opinion of Management, over or above normal cleaning requirements.

Damages / Theft

Organisers are financially responsible for any damage/ theft sustained to the venue and/or surrounding grounds by the Organisers, Organisers’ Guests, Invitees, or other persons attending the function. Management does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any goods left within the venue prior to or after a function. Organisers should arrange their own insurance

Attendance Numbers

Guaranteed minimum numbers must be received 15 days before the function. Final numbers must be given 10 working days prior to the event. Acceptance of extra numbers is dependent on the availability of space and prepayment.

BYO

No food and beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought in for consumption at the function by the Organiser or Guests

Responsible Service of Alcohol

The venue operates under the principles of the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Staff are instructed not to serve any alcoholic beverages to guests under the age of 18 years or to guests in a state of intoxication. Management reserves the right to exclude persons, without liability, from an event.

Menus

Our menus are indicative only and are subject to change.

Minimum Spend

Minimum spends apply to all large bookings. These will be quoted individually depending on seasonality and other requirements.

Payments

During peak periods, a 50% payment on the estimated total is required to secure your date. prior to your event. If paying via EFT, please allow additional time for the payment to be processed. At the time of your booking, you will be provided with a credit card pre-authorisation form, which the venue requires to be completed. In the event there is an outstanding balance post-event, the supplied credit card will be processed on the next business day, and a receipt will be provided. Prepayment is required for all events. Price Increase Management reserves the right to increase the package prices at any time without prior notification. Menu substitutions may be required in order to avoid price increases. If you are booked for a corporate golf day, green fees are reviewed on the 1st January every year. The client will be charged for the pricing at the time of the event, not the pricing at the time of booking

Photos/Video

Photos or video taken by staff of the set up of your event will be used for promotion of the venue across all or any marketing material, including social media & the company website. If your photographer shares images taken at your event on social media, then Outtabounds will share those images across their socials or in marketing material.

Surcharges

Functions held on Public Holidays will incur an additional 15% on the total bill. Please be aware that when paying via card surcharges are applicable. All payments with a card incur a surcharge, Direct EFT’s do no incur a surcharge..
