Can I smoke or vape?

OuttaBounds has a strict no-smoking or vaping policy throughout the venue. We ask patrons to vacate the premises if they wish to do so.

Do you serve alcohol?

Our event space boasts a fully licensed bar. At OuttaBounds, we are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests through the Responsible Service of Alcohol laws. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service of alcohol to any patron who is intoxicated, underage or behaving in an antisocial manner. ALL guests under the age of 18 are required to always be with their legal guardian/parent.

Can I bring my own cake for a celebration?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own cake. A cakeage fee of $15 per cake applies, which covers plates, cutlery and serving.

Emailed invoice: Pay online and our team will send you an invoice via email.

In-person: If you would like to pay in person, please arrange a time for our team to process this.

Can I cancel my function?

In the event of a cancellation, management must be notified in writing – verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Deposits for peak dates are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made a minimum of 10 days prior to the event to avoid incurring the full event cost. The venue may refuse and cancel a function booking at any time in the function booking process if the venue believes the event may include illegal acts or activities which may jeopardise the venue’s operating licenses.

We do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any patron’s property left on the premises before, during or after use of our event space.

External catering and BYO beverages are not permitted, as we offer a full food and drinks menu on site.
